Who We Are
Our Roots
NATIONAL COLLABORATIVE BOARD Association is a voluntary youth - led organisation that established to address economic and social challenges faced by the youth.Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives.
, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch NATIONAL COLLABORATIVE BOARD ASSOCIATION. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.

AGRICULTURE

Create an economically sustainable agricultural model in our community through agricultural programs, such communities and schools gardening.
Civic Education
Change for the Better
Identifying young leaders early and groom them effectively for the ideal of Namibia through civc education programs, public speaking programs and community leaders skills training and also to influence national policy through debates programs, school of activist, digital marketing and small group discussion
ARTS AND MEDIA
Making Change Possible
Provide a platform for inspirational individuals to share their experiences and individuals seeking mentorship and guidance.

TALENTS IDENTIFICATION:We identify individuals with unique talents and provide them with opportunities to showcase their abilities, connect them with pontetial collaborators and recieve support to develop their talents further. We develop future sports stars in all regions from remote areas to urban areas in Namibia by organising sport programs.

Empowering others
Assisting individuals interested in starting their own business by offering guidance, training and connecting them with corporate partners who can help them grow and succeed.
